Interior Painting

Interior paint doesn’t wear like exterior paint. Most interior painting is done to change color. If you get new furniture or a new comforter, then it is a great time to add color. We can complete most jobs in one day to reduce the amount of chaos in your home.

Interior painting requires less preparation than exterior, but we will do everything necessary. We caulk cracks between the wall and trim. We check the seal between the window and drywall and caulk those areas. We will fill all nail holes and patch any cracks in drywall that we find.

If you are selling your home, a fresh coat of paint makes everything look clean and new. If your house is vacant, it usually costs about 30% less because there is no furniture to move.

If you are buying a home, we can get you an estimate prior to closing, then schedule painting the day after you close and before you move furniture in. Again, this can save you about 30%.
